I agree with the Christian perspective presented here in this article. The only thing I would add are two points. 1. On page 5 of the OSHA Respiratory Protection Toolkit for Hospitals, it states that surgical masks are not protective against small particulates. 2. The are several studies including one I did that proved that wearing a surgical mask exposed one to levels of Carbon Dioxide 2 times over the OSHA exposure limit and 9 to 10 times over the ASHRAE indoor air quality standard for carbon dioxide. 3. God designed the sneeze and cough to be forceful because what the body was expelling needed to be forcefully released to prevent it from returning back into the body. The masks prevented this God given biological strategy from occurring and forced the re-entrainment of that which the body was attempting to forcefully expel.
